



I'm Bernice C., the breeder behind Belstar Toy Poodles located in Vail, AZ. I am a member in good standing with the Poodle Club of America. I have been breeding and showing Toy Poodles since 1984. My Toys are all house dogs and are treated as part of our family. I do all genetic testing and raise happy, healthy puppies.

Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
