I'm Becky M., the breeder behind Bernedoodle Boutique (and Cavapoos) located in Waukesha, WI. When our family decided we were going to start breeding dogs we knew one thing for sure: We were going to be uncompromising with the quality of our program; from the dogs we breed, the health of the dogs, to the facility, to the families our puppies go to. We wanted to do everything THE BEST!

We have one very sweet little chocolate Bernedoodle guy searching for his home! We expect him to be in the 30 lb range like both of his parents, with a low shedding coat and a gaze that seems to look right into your soul. He will happily hold eye contact with you for days. He is already doing excellent in his crate and is even sleeping through the night. He will politely sit and wait for both attention and his meals, and he absolutely loves being in someone’s lap. Let us know if you think he may be a good fit for your family!

Our little blue collar boy is the last pup standing from our Marlow x Louie litter of mini Bernedoodles. His color may not be flashy but he is just the most chill guy of the litter. He always has been. In fact, one time when a family was here to pick up a sibling of his, he was lying on his back with all four legs up in the air just comfortable as can be. They asked if he was ok. I said yep, that’s just his temperament. If you’d like to FaceTime and see this little guy, let me know! We are always happy to share!

Have you ever heard of “ticking”? Well, let me show you! We have this little mini bernedoodle guy who’s going to have some of the coolest ticking just like Roman (a totally unrelated stud in our program). Roman is a great example of what happens when these guys start off with white fur but develop these smaller spots under their coat and it eventually expressed the base color underneath. Vixen Boy is going to develop the same ticking! He’s a mini bernedoodle who’s ready to find his forever home!! He’s going to be in the 30-40lbs range and has plenty of confidence to go on any adventure!

About Sully
F1 Bernedoodle 90 Pounds of Love, Sass & Squeaky Toys Sully is our Bernedoodle diva with the heart of a healer and the self-image of a lap dog. All 90 pounds of her believes she’s a delicate 12-pound cuddlebug - and honestly, we’re not going to correct her. She’s nurturing to her core, always eager to please, and takes her unofficial title of household emotional support dog very seriously. Stub a toe? She’s there. Cry during a movie? She's checking in. Sneeze a little too dramatically? Sully is on the scene like a fluffy first responder. Favorite Things: Squeaky toys: She’s not just a fan; she’s a connoisseur. If it squeaks, it speaks to her soul. Rope toys: Especially if there’s a game of tug involved Expressing herself: Sully has opinions and shares them with dramatic sighs, sassy grumbles, and full-body howls of joy. Looking fabulous: Grooming day is dramatic (Oscar-worthy, really), but when she’s done? She struts like she’s Doodle Vogue’s “It Girl” of the month. Sully is full of loyalty, humor, and a bit of high-maintenance glam. She's nurturing, emotionally attuned, and loves hard - but she also expects to be admired for her freshly fluffed coat and epic toy collection. She thrives on affection, thrives on connection, and yes, thrives on being the center of attention. Nail trims might be a full-on Broadway show and grooming her is definitely a team sport, but beneath all the flair is a deeply loving dog who just wants to be near her people. Sully is the total package: expressive, devoted, a little dramatic, and a whole lot of heart. So if you're looking for a total package with a side of drama & glam, this is your girl!

About Cherry
A Quiet Soul with a Gentle Presence Cherry is calm, relaxed, and quietly wise beyond her years. She carries herself with a soft physical and emotional presence that instantly puts people at ease. Never demanding attention yet always somehow at the center of it, Cherry has a gift for being exactly where she belongs. She is deeply connected to the rhythm of her family’s daily life, moving through it with grace and awareness. Cherry brings calm energy into every space she enters, content to observe quietly or curl up close, simply happy to be included as part of the family. In public and at home alike, Cherry is easygoing and welcoming. She enjoys meeting new people and animals with the same gentle curiosity she brings to everything. While mostly serene, she does have a playful spark, especially when it is her self appointed duty to alert the household to a delivery driver or passing wildlife with her most serious bark. Affection is Cherry’s love language. She shows it through cuddles, soft closeness, and the occasional slow roll onto her back, inviting a well earned belly scratch. She is an old soul in a small, beautiful body, and a steady, loving presence to everyone lucky enough to know her. Favorites Favorite Activity: Cuddling on the couch Favorite Toy: Her bed Favorite Spot: Anywhere close by Favorite Thing to Do: Being with her family Calm. Loving. Courteous. Aware. Cherry’s gentle presence makes every space feel more settled and every moment feel a little softer.

About Louie
Louie is a curious, cuddly, and wonderfully good-natured Bernedoodle who brings joy everywhere he goes. Laid-back but always ready for fun, he loves being close to his people; curling around your head on the back of a chair, sitting at your feet, or wandering the house to find you if you’ve stepped away. He’s a true family shadow and meets new people with heart-melting enthusiasm, often greeting them with a gentle “hug” until they return the affection. Louie’s playful spirit shines every day. Fetch is a favorite (even if he’s reluctant to give the ball back), but nothing tops his love of tag: grabbing a toy, sprinting laps, and circling back to pounce so his family will chase him. He even “chases” the reflection of himself in the fireplace, convinced he’s discovered a new playmate. Smart, expressive, and always entertaining, Louie communicates with soft paws, soulful eyes, and the occasional gentle whine. From flopping down like a sack of potatoes on command to expertly removing insoles from shoes, he keeps his home laughing with his mix of goofy mischief and sweet devotion. Favorites: Favorite Activity: Walks, tag, and being close to his people Favorite Toy: Anything he can destroy… except one squeaky ball built Louie tough Favorite Spot: By someone’s feet, curled behind a head on a chair, or sunbathing in front of the windows Favorite Thing to Do: Anything that earns attention. Louie is endlessly social Louie’s motto? Goofy, gentle, and always up for a game.

About Chanel
Meet Chanel from her guardian home’s perspective. And Then There Were Two (Poodles) Hi, it’s me, Poodle Mama courtesy of Bernedoodle Boutique. If you follow Bernedoodle Boutique, you may have read Our Tale of One Poodle, the miraculous story of how my family was able to become the guardian home to the one and only, beautiful and loving, standard poodle, Miss Joy (she is lying on my feet as I write this 🤎.) And if you have read our story about Joy, then you know that Joy is no longer an only poodle…😃. It is with abounding awe, and overflowing gratitude, that I introduce you to our standard poodle (who happens to be Joy’s sister!!), Cocoa Chanel (“Chanel”). When I first learned of Chanel, I’ll admit, I had a real pump the brakes moment, thinking about our already (very) lively household, and questioning whether I should just be grateful for the miracle of Joy in our family. Still, I had caught the poodle mama bug, so to speak, and I decided to go meet Chanel. A little visit couldn’t hurt, right?.... Four days after meeting Chanel, Becky and I had a conversation in which I barraged her with every single barrier to my having another dog. The specific details of that conversation are hazy to me, but knowing myself, I’m sure that I shared TMI, and knowing Becky, I’m sure that she was totally unfazed and entirely supportive. The conversation ended with me saying, “Okay, so should I come get Chanel, or do you want to drop her off here?”. Chanel is such a special dog! Before she joined our family, Chanel earned her Canine Good Citizen. She is calm, present, and secure. She is the best buddy for tough days, and so much fun the rest of the time. Taking her out in public is so easy, as she is the perfect mix of confident and unassuming. And she is super athletic, always the first doggy to fetch and return the ball. One of her favorite outdoor activities is to chase water sprayed from the hose, and she has gotten Joy hooked on this pastime as well. I could go on and on about Chanel’s amazing qualities. But the foremost reason that Chanel has such a special place in my heart, is because she is absolutely incredible with my daughter. My daughter has autism, is considered non-verbal, and is medically complex. In Joy’s story, I shared that one of the reasons Joy is a good fit for our family, is because her cautious nature makes her safe and naturally avoidant of my daughter during behavior challenges. Chanel, it turns out, is the dog I didn’t know existed; a dog who is perfect FOR my daughter. During rocky moments, Chanel brings a calming presence to my daughter. When my girl is sick, Chanel seeks her out, resting her head on my daughter’s lap. Every night after my daughter crawls into bed, Chanel hops up and gives her grounding bedtime snuggles. Often my daughter seeks the sensory input of rubbing hair, and Chanel is more than happy about this arrangement. Chanel’s presence and interaction with my daughter, makes me think of Nana, the nursemaid from Peter Pan. My son and I tell my daughter that Chanel is her dog, and this seems to fill her with pride. The relationship between my daughter and Chanel is so lovely that it has brought me to tears. It would be impossible for me to look back on the choice I made to add our remarkable Chanel to our family, as anything but the best of decisions. My heart is so full. Doubly Grateful, Poodle Mama courtesy of Bernedoodle Boutique P.S. (again) Our poodle pack is made up of Joy, Chanel, and… you’ll have to wait and see 😀.

About Axel
The Ideal Best Friend Say hello to Axel, a lovable giant who just can’t get enough affection. Whether you call him Axel, Axelotel, Lotta Lotel, or Big Dog, this sweet, goofy boy is all about spreading love. Axel loves long walks, cuddles, and lots of love! He’s a social butterfly who adores spending time with his humans, his furry siblings, and anyone he meets. This Bernedoodle is not shy about showing affection—if you’re not petting him, he’ll kindly paw at you to remind you that he’s available for attention. This playful guy also enjoys snow days, trying out different cheeses, and (much to his humans’ dismay) sampling vegetables—though he does have a habit of hiding them in the couch for later (he’s a bit of a foodie with a flair for drama). Want to win Axel’s heart? Just offer a treat, and he’ll be ready to perform any trick in the book for a snack. Axel’s Quirks & Charm: Water Lover: Axel’s preference? Fresh water straight from the bathtub faucet. Yes, you read that right. Grooming Fanatic: Axel loves to look his best. He enjoys being groomed and pampered, because nothing says ""perfect match"" like a well-groomed companion. Dramatic Eyes: Try saying "no" to Axel and prepare yourself for the most heart-melting puppy dog eyes that will have you instantly giving in to his charm. If perfection had a face, it would definitely be Axel’s. He's a lovable goofball who bring joys, companionship, and a whole lot of fun.

About Harry
Hey there, I’m Harold! I’m a cuddle enthusiast, treat lover, and all-around charming companion. I’m the kind of guy who loves to sleep right next to you, lying on my back with my head nestled between your pillows. I’ll make sure you feel loved with every snuggle, especially after I’ve eaten—I love coming over with a big, happy smile to thank you for that delicious meal! I’m definitely a people dog—I’m happiest when I’m near my humans, either sleeping with my head on you or just hanging out at your feet. If you're looking for a dog who thrives on love and attention, look no further. When it's time to run around, I’m all about the zoomies! I’m lightning-fast, and you won’t be able to resist my huge smile as I race around the yard. I’m also a total treat lover—I’ll sit so perfectly for one, but fair warning: my tail can’t help but wag in excitement while I wait. And when I get my paws on a bully stick, I’m in heaven. Another fun fact: I’m known for picking up slippers and carrying them around. I don’t chew them, just walk around gently holding them in my mouth like a little treasure. I’ll stash them in my bed for later—kind of quirky, huh?

About Benny (nacho)
Multi-Gen Bernedoodle Our Lovable Goofball with a Heart of Gold Part-time sock thief, full-time snuggler, and always down for a drive-thru run. If you're looking for charm, personality, and a whole lot of love wrapped in fur—Benny's your guy. Benny is best described as a goofy, affectionate sweetheart who lives for car rides and couch cuddles. He’s the kind of dog who brings instant joy to everyone he meets, whether it's through his hilarious antics or his irresistible snuggles. He’s not much into toys (he thinks they’re a little overrated), but give him a dirty sock or a well-worn t-shirt from the hamper, and he’s in his happy place. Personal space? Benny doesn’t believe in it. If you’re sitting, lying down, or eating—he’s right there with you, ideally touching or sharing whatever you’ve got. One of his absolute favorite activities is hopping in the car and heading to a drive-thru. He lights up at the sight of a pup cup or the crinkle of a fast food bag. His joy is contagious. Benny adores children, especially babies and toddlers. He’s gentle, curious, and incredibly patient around little ones. His best friend is his brother Pete (affectionately known as “King”), and the two are rarely far apart. He’s also very interested in chickens—he finds them fascinating and could watch them for hours. Benny’s Favorites: Long car rides (especially if snacks are involved) Drive-thru treats & pup cups Snuggling—on the couch, in bed, on your lap… wherever Dirty laundry (his preferred form of “treasure”) Hanging out with his brother Pete Being around babies and small children Watching chickens with curiosity and wonder Benny has a sweet, silly, and affectionate temperament. About Joy
A note about Joy from her guardian mom! I have always loved animals, and my son has followed in my footsteps, “oo-ing” and “aw-ing” with me whenever we’d encounter dogs out in the community. Ever since he was a toddler, this now 9 year old son of mine has begged for us to get a dog (I don’t use the word ‘begged’ lightly– His pediatrician described his persuasive tendencies as “a lawyer mentality”). Every time my son would plead with me for us to get a dog, I’d reply with some variation of validation that his desire was real and strong and that I also wished we were able to get a dog. I’d follow this up with a brief review of the barriers to our getting a dog: I am allergic to most dogs, my other child has non-verbal autism and has been overwhelmed by dogs in the past, our income is limited by my need to stay home during the week to transport my daughter to many appointments, and finally, I’m a happy but weary single mama and I already struggle my way through most days without the added responsibility of caring for a dog. One day, around the time that my son turned 7 years old, he was once again expressing his desperate longing for us to have a dog. This time, mostly out of my own desperation to get him to stop begging me, I encouraged my son to pray for a dog. As soon as the words were out of my mouth, I felt terrible for having said it, thinking to myself, “Prayer is well and good, but our family has a laundry list of reasons why we should not get a dog, and no amount of praying is going to change that”. My son prayed aloud, right then and there, and then we went on with our lives. Fast forward to about a year later, on a day that my little attorney, I mean son, asked me to make an “emergency” stop at a local playground that we were passing on our long and exhausting drive back from taking my daughter to her daily skills program. I distinctly remember that I did not want to go to the park, but that I chose to make the detour out of kindness for my son who has spent countless hours in our van as I drive his sister around to appointments. While at the park, I noticed a couple who had two dogs which appeared to be some sort of doodle. I approached the couple and asked them about their gorgeous and well-behaved dogs. No sooner did I ask these parents (who shared my deer-in-headlights, drained-from-the-week expression) than they perked right up. They happily told me that they had gotten their dogs from a local breeder of bernedoodles, saying, and I quote, “We can’t say enough good things about Becky who is the owner of the business!”. After listening to them rant and rave about Bernedoodle Boutique, I thanked them and later went home to look them up – To my amazement, as I scrolled through the pictures of this family-run business, I recognized Becky as the mother of children who go to the same school as my son. On a whim, I sent Becky a message through her site inquiry section, and basically wrote out all the reasons that my family should not have a dog. I fully expected Becky to either not reply, or to say something like, “You are right. It sounds like a dog is just not in the cards for your family. Bummer.” (After all, who wants to waste their time with someone whose spiel is desire and then a list of prohibitive factors). Well Becky replied that same day and asked if I would have time to have a conversation. “She wants to let me down gently” I thought to myself. To my surprise and utter delight, Becky was respectful of my very valid concerns, but also not at all dismayed by them. She and I spoke for over an hour as Becky listened to the ins and outs of my complicated life, and as we worked together to troubleshoot and find a way my family could have a dog. Becky shared that she felt her guardianship program may be a good fit for our family. I had never heard of a dog guardianship, so Becky walked me through the ways this program would fit into our life. We settled on a plan for our family to do a trial period with a 1 ⅕ year old poodle named Joy. Joy was known for wanting to be lovingly on the heels of her humans from morning until night (or better yet on their laps), but also being a cautious doggy. Becky recognized that this caution on Joy’s part could work well because she would almost certainly avoid my daughter during behavioral meltdowns (we needed a dog who would get out of the way and who would never ever become aggressive with my daughter in response to her behaviors). Becky also shared that Joy was, in layman’s terms, “One of those fancy schmancy, healthy, non-allergenic standard poodles” with the genetic testing to confirm it. All of my other concerns were addressed and solutions were found. And ultimately, with the peace of mind that Joy would go back to Becky’s nurturing home if she turned out to be a poor fit for our family (or vice versa), I made plans, with the constant support of Becky, to welcome wonderful Joy into our home. Spoiler alert: It is 1 ½ years later, and Miss Joy is sleeping at my feet as I write this, our basically miraculous story. Joy is, exactly as her name says, a total Joy. She is the answer to my son’s prayers, a loving companion who gives far more than she requires, and a perfect fit for navigating the unique challenges of my daughter. She has also gained new human grandparents, whom I often overhear whispering to Joy and saying things like, “Joy, you are so cute.” and “Joy, you are the only dog I like”, or “Joy, you are my favorite grand-dog”. Rarely does a day go by that my son and I don’t turn to each other with huge smiles on our faces and amazement in our tone, and say, “We have a dog!”. I am forever grateful to Becky of Bernedoodle Boutique, for hearing me and wanting to help our family. I can say with total confidence that you will be hard-pressed to find a dog breeder as passionate, knowledgeable, and as invested in what is best for humans and dogs alike, than Becky of Bernedoodle Boutique.

About Me: I’m a social butterfly who absolutely needs to be part of everything happening around me. You’ll always find me hanging out by the kitchen island, just waiting for the next snack or to be part of whatever’s going on. My Quirks & Adventures: I absolutely LOVE to kick up dirt when going potty. It’s my signature move. After I’ve done my business, get ready for the zoomies! I’m gonna run some figure 8’s, race around, and show off my speed. It’s my victory lap! I’m also a big talker, especially with the neighbor dogs. You’ll often catch me “chatting” away with my canine pals, having the best gossip sessions.

Becky and her family are above and beyond amazing. We searched for a dog to train as a service dog for our almost three year old and she delivered. After actually talking with Becky, we went with a different dog then I originally asked her about. We adopted cranberry and have changed her name to Ellie. This puppy has gone above and beyond already for this family. I have worked for years and never in my life have I had the most amazing experience with them. The entire process has been so amazing not to mention the amount of information she hands out so much help. and easy that I know she picked the perfect girl for our needs. Please everyone reach out to Becky for your puppy needs she is amazing.

Becky went above and beyond for our family!! From the moment I messaged her she had responded and we were on a FaceTime call within 30 minutes (only took 30 because of me). Showed us the whole litter playing and even took the time to show us specifically the dog we were interested in! Answered all questions with great knowledge and was available with just a quick message. Little Nico flew on the plane with her husband and made it here and has become part of the family so quick. You can tell how much Becky loves these dogs! Even helped us with special travel accommodations that I don’t believe many other breeder (if any) would take the time to do! Couldn’t recommend anyone better!! 110/10
