I'm Christy B., the breeder behind Big Island Goldendoodles located in Willits, CA. We have occasional litters of miniature, medium, and standard puppies, both F1 and F1b. We work with families on all major islands, as well as all over the United States and Japan, and can arrange shipping or delivery for our out-of-state families!

All our dogs are health-certified and happy well-loved members of our family. Each of our dogs are socialized, raised with our family and comfortable around children, other dogs and animals.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Getting a puppy from Christy
Christy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Christy partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We take great care in placing each puppy with the right family. Puppies are matched once they're old enough for us to evaluate their temperaments and personalities — typically around 7-8 weeks.”
Price
“Every puppy comes with complete de-worming, first set of shots, and a one-year health guarantee. We are able to ship and look forward to connecting you with your new best friend! Once your application has been approved, a $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. $200 of your deposit is non-refundable but the entire amount is transferable to any future litter.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
