My experience with Billy was great. I just did a cross country move after a difficult life change (divorce and he kept our shared dog whom I adored so much). I now live alone and WFH full time so wanted a small companion quickly and I adore poodle mixes. Billy was communicative and getting him home was prompt considering my immediate need for a pup. It’s clear when interacting with Billy they care greatly about their pups. My puppy is healthy, happy, sweet, and doing great with potty and leash training. As first time dog buyers/owners, we were really apprehensive about the whole process of buying online. I must say that any doubt we had was quickly lost with the customer service Mr.Billy and his wife provided to us. They were really patient with us through the whole process.
