As first time dog buyers/owners, we were really apprehensive about the whole process of buying online. I must say that any doubt we had was quickly lost with the customer service Mr.Billy and his wife provided to us. They were really patient with us through the whole process. She also never hesitated to answer any question I had and really worked with us when it came to pick up. Our puppy is doing amazing, no issues so far. I would highly recommend Mr.Billy!
