I'm Tyler C., the breeder behind Black Oak Forrest Doodles located in Warfordsburg, PA. Our goal is to breed the perfect dog. Labradoodles' intelligence, genetics, and hypoallergenic tendencies make our Doodles the perfect choice for any family or individual. Our puppies will be well-socialized and ready to thrive in any environment.
Q. & A. with Tyler
Why did you start breeding?
We started breeding dogs in 2016. We started with Labs but soon realized that we didn’t like vacuuming as much as we thought and quickly transitioned into Labradoodles (we still own two Labs and vacuum at least once a day). Animals have always been a passion of ours, and genetics fascinate us. Our goal is to refine the breed and create the best possible puppy!
What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because every puppy is treated as if it will be ours. Most puppies go home 90% potty trained. We believe in investing back into our program. Each time we have a litter, our program will expand and get better. We look forward to connecting with you and your family.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, apricot, cream, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Tyler is the nicest, most accommodating guy! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting a puppy. He was always very responsive and answered any and all questions fully and with transparency. His prices are reasonable and he made picking up Shadow, our puppy super easy. He had Shadow driven about 4 hours to a halfway location between myself and Pennsylvania which made pick up a lot more convenient. He also sent a wonderful care package home with Shadow including treats, blankets, toys, food and other items to get the puppy acclimated. The icing on the cake was that Shadow came home healthy, already knowing some basic commands , close to potty trained, and very well socialized. He truly is the most friendly, lovable, and intelligent dog! I would 100% refer him to anyone looking for a doodle.
