I'm Aimee C., the breeder behind Blessings Acres Farm located in Elizabeth, CO. Our Colorado Mountain Dogs are bred for strong guardian skills, health, and personality skills to make the greatest companions. Each puppy is greatly loved by us! We ensure they are socialized, healthy, and prepared to excel in their forever homes. Our goal is that our dogs will bless your farm and family through the years!
Q. & A. with Aimee
Why did you start breeding?
We had a farm and were losing poultry and goats to predators regularly. We found these dogs and have not lost anything to predators since (over 10 years)! I love them so much that I wanted others to benefit from these amazing dogs, too! I consulted with several stellar breeders of a variety of dogs and set up my breeding program based on their recommendations as well as consulting the AKC website.
What makes your program special?
My dogs are raised with a variety of farm animals as well as lots of loving children. They are extremely socialized when they leave and very in tune with people, so they long to please as well as do their job.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
