I'm Justin G., the breeder behind Blue J n L Farm located in Medon, TN. I am a home-based breeder striving for quality, health, and to ensure the future of the mini Aussie for generations to come. My goal is to produce a great representation of the Miniature Australian Shepherd. I always strive to leverage the science of genetic testing to breed out the undesirable genetic traits associated with this breed and to continue improving the line with each generation.

Why did you start breeding?
Blue J n L Farm is built upon a foundation of love, admiration, and respect for dogs. I strive to produce outstanding puppies that are structurally sound, genetically healthy, intuitive and have wonderful temperaments. My goal is to improve the breed by leveraging the science of genetic testing to produce puppies that are superior in health and continue to improve the faults of the breed overall.What makes your program special?
I truly love the Miniature Australian Shepherd breed and am dedicated to looking out for them as a whole. My program is committed to only breeding dogs that meet the strict guidelines for quality and genetic health that have been deemed appropriate to improving this wonderful breed. I hand raise each puppy for a reliable temperament and cherished companionship. I would be honored to connect with you!Where do your breeding dogs live?

Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
