• Why did you start breeding?

  During a very stressful time of my life of my husband being gone 9m out of every year, and the struggle of fertility treatments- I longed for there to be a companion in my life to comfort me during the difficult times. I searched Google for "good family dogs" and springers was one of the top ones. I very impulsively searched the nearest breeder in SC and purchased my first springer. The rest is history. Their love, loyalty, silliness, and need to please- velcro like selves cannot be matched. I am forever greatful for my impulsive decision that led me to want to create the same love for others that these dogs can give.

• What makes your program special?

  My program is different because of my passion for very well rounded dogs. I like to breed for diversity so the offspring have options, they can be couch potatoes, dock dive, fowl hunt, or prance in the show ring. I want them to do it all. I really love the big boned, blocky head of the European dogs, but I also love the stature, ears, and grace of Bench style. I want my dogs to be able to hang with you on a long hike or sleep all night and day if times are hard.

• What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

  Our puppies include black white and tan, lemon and white, liver white and tan, liver and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

• Where do your breeding dogs live?

  They live in my home.
