We've been breeding English Setters for 35 years! Our program strives to produce outstanding puppies that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive and have wonderful temperaments. Why did you start breeding?
Dogs have always been a passion of mine. When I had married, we decided to get an English Setter from a well-known breeder who then was my mentor in the early years. I have obtained various titles on my dogs as well as them being therapy dogs.What makes your program special?
I start puppy socialization techniques from day one. They know basic commands before they go home, as well as are crate trained and well on their way to being house trained. I do everything I can to ensure my puppies have what they need to develop into healthy and happy dogs. In my breeding program, good health and temperament are essential, and cuteness and love is guaranteed.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Parent health testing
Excellent level

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
