BonDrew's Miniature American Shepherds meets or exceeds our community standards in these areas:

Bonnie M.
The "I" litter, 7 weeks old, all vaccinated and healthy. They loved looking around from their puppy cart.

Bob and Shelby's litter

Bonnie M.
The whole "H" litter. 6 weeks old!

Bob and Henna's litter

Bonnie M.
11.12.25. 3 weeks 5 days old. Henna's litter is walking and starting to hop and run. Today we put the playground in for them and they are learning to target toys that swing around. Litter box training is going very well for 3 week old puppies, they are using it about 50% of the time, 25% near the box, and the other 25% is a complete miss. 😀

Bob and Henna's litter

Bonnie M.
11.6.25 -They have their eyes open and now are eating, walking, growling, howling, barking, and starting to find the litter boxes. They have moved to the big puppy pen.

Bob and Henna's litter

Bonnie M.
They just went outside to run and play and now time for a nap in the living room.

Bob and Shelby's litter

Bonnie M.
Shelbys puppies were out running around the living room and trying freeze dried food for the first time. They loved it! They will be easy to train using this food!

Bob and Shelby's litter

Bonnie M.
6 puppies playing with their older half-brother. He is loving it!

About Shelby
CKC Registered. Her puppies are not registered as my sire is AKC. Shelby is loyal and our peace maker. She will break up any argument between the dogs and will jump in front of me if she thinks I am threatened (I have teen boys and they are loud :) ).

About Henna
Henna, also know as Puppup, is an AKC Red Tri Female. She is 14" at the shoulder and weighs 29 pounds. Low herding drive, obediant, and calm. Henna is protective over her puppies and a very devoted mom. Once she weans the puppies, she plays and plays with them while also teaching them manners. Henna loves to snuggle on the couch with us, getting belly rubs and being brushed. She also likes to go lay on the bed in a dark room to nap, away from all our household noise. Henna proudly sits on a chair at the table while you're eating. She lays her head down and waits. She is the queen of "leave it".

About Bob
Bob is an AKC Red Merle Male, 272. 17" at the shoulder and weighs 32 pounds. He is full panel clear including MDR1. Bob has a low drive and aims to please. He grunts and grumbles when he is happy, and always wags his tail, usually with his favorite Llama toy in his mouth. His personality is amazing and any of his pups are lucky to get his calmness. Now to figure out how to keep him out of the berthing box, a new dog mom does not appreciate a dog dad who "helps".

Bonnie and her son were absolutely fantastic from our first inquiry to our adoption of our mini American shepherd, Winnifred. Bonnie was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions, including ones we didn’t know to ask. She allowed us to visit multiple times to bond with our new puppy, and even sent videos + pictures of the pups multiple times. Possibly the best part of the process was the fact that Bonnie takes the time to litter box train her puppies as a stepping stone to becoming house broken. This proved to be indispensable, and Winnie has only had a couple of accidents since entering our home. Overall we feel very fortunate we found Bonnie. Her obvious joy in breeding these little beans is infectious, and she made the entire process easier and less stressful for us. We would definitely consider going back to her if we were to get another mini Aussie in the future.

Glad to find a local breeder like Bonnie who is knowledgable and trustworthy. It made it so easy for us to adopt with no hassle and the paperworks went smoothly. Bonnie was accomodating and even requesting veiwing of the litter on the same day to find "the one" for us, Toby who finally found his forever home. Thank you so much.

Bonnie was great! She made everything very easy and let me see my Nala several times before I took her home, which I really think helped with bonding early. Nala is very healthy and had very few bathroom accidents inside because Bonnie gets them started on potty training. Could not ask for a more pretty dog either!

Bonnie was incredibly helpful, kind, and kept up with Honey's growth, sending pictures to us WEEKLY. She even initiated training somewhat with Honey, which was great! She also helped meet us at the airport, where she delivered our puppy - which is now named Laika!

We had an amazing experience getting our puppy, Haku, from Bonnie. From the very beginning, Bonnie was warm, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s clear she truly cares about her dogs and raises them with so much love. Haku is everything we could’ve hoped for — healthy, playful, and so well-socialized. We feel so lucky to have found Bonnie and couldn’t recommend her more to anyone looking for a wonderful, loving puppy!
