I'm Jan P., the breeder behind Boulder View Danes located in Westville, FL. Our priority is to place our puppies in the best possible homes and to help you find the best fit for your family. My babies are raised with respect and a lot of love. They are kept very clean to facilitate house breaking. I produce Great Danes to improve the breed for show and pet puppies. Temperament is very important to me as is soundness of body. Our Danes are very athletic and are total lovebug bugs!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My desire to breed Great Danes was driven by the desire to produce puppies that were more physically sound with stunning movement! Too many of this breed are not very athletic which greatly affects their quality of life in their later years.

  • What makes your program special?

    I am absolutely passionate about this breed! My dams are totally pampered during the pregnancy and lactation period, being fed up with two pounds a day of grass fed beef with their kibble. My puppies are weaned on chicken and goats' milk before being transitioned to kibble. They are handled every day and are exposed to different sounds and smells and stimulus.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include mantle merle, brindle, fawn, harlequin, mantle, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jan

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes vaccines, wormings, microchips and health certificate from a FL State licensed veterinarian. All puppies are AKC registered with champion bloodlines. Cropping of puppies is available for an additional $650. The deposit is the same for all puppies."

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

    Hi Jan Maximus is doing great ! He is very smart knows his way around the house already. House training is going well. He sleeps in his kennel for most of the night and wakes me up about 5 am To go outside . Our Kitty Penney slowly getting used to max .
