I'm Jan P., the breeder behind Boulder View Danes located in Morriston, FL. I produce pups that will continue to excel in their chosen field, whether that be showing, or as an active companion. I focus on producing sound and correct puppies with excellent temperaments and health. It's so fulfilling to have the opportunity to create companionship and love and to see the positive effect that a beloved, furry companion can have on its family.

Why did you start breeding?
My desire to breed Great Danes was driven by the desire to produce puppies that were more physically sound with stunning movement! Too many of this breed are not very athletic which greatly affects their quality of life in their later years.What makes your program special?
I am absolutely passionate about this breed! My dams are totally pampered during the pregnancy and lactation period, being fed up with two pounds a day of grass fed beef with their kibble. My puppies are weaned on chicken and goats' milk before being transitioned to kibble. They are handled every day and are exposed to different sounds and smells and stimulus.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include mantle merle, brindle, fawn, harlequin, mantle, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Jan
Jan has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes vaccines, wormings, microchips and health certificate from a FL State licensed veterinarian. All puppies are AKC registered with champion bloodlines. Cropping of puppies is available for an additional $500. The deposit is the same for all puppies.”

Jan may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
