Meet the breeder

I'm Lauren M., the breeder behind Boxwood Doodles located in Choudrant, LA. Our goal at Boxwood Doodles is to give you a loving companion for many years. Our puppies come from from health tested parents, with mellow temperaments. They are hand raised in our home from the time they are born, until they leave us at a minimum age of 8 weeks old.

Q. & A. with Lauren

  • Why did you start breeding?

I use so much of my RN NICU training for breeding, whelping, and raising pups. I'm entrusted to care for my momma dogs & pups and it's my duty to devote my all for the 8 weeks they are here with me. It brings me joy to give family's an exceptional family pet. When pups leave, I'm confident I've done all I can to give my pups the best head start possible.
  • What makes your program special?

First, my families are getting a puppy from health tested parents. Second, puppies are raised inside our home, exposed to normal family life (noise, touch, smell), and raised on Puppy Culture. Third, they get support from me as long as they are willing. I want my puppies and families to have a happy and successful life together!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Bernedoodle puppies include tiny, mini, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Bernedoodle puppies include red, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
