I'm Whitney B., the breeder behind Brandt Farms Aussiedoodles located in Bedford, VA. We have developed several protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to make sure each of our puppy families welcomes a happy and healthy new family member into their homes!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    As a dog groomer I have seen and handled many breeds. Over the years I found a love for Standard poodles and Australian shepherds. After researching and handling both breeds the cross between the two became evident for the type of dog I wanted to offer to families like my own.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are literally raised in our home! Right in the middle of our daily lives to ensure socialization and proper care is given daily. They get the full experience prior of true home life before leaving the “nest.”

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brown and white, blue merle, red merle, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Whitney

Whitney has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Whitney partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,250 - $2,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppy will go home with a clear veterinarian examination, health record, microchip, deworming, first round of puppy shots. Deposit is non refundable unless something unforeseeable happens to the puppy while in our care. Or the puppy does not pass their veterinarian exam.”

Contract & health guarantee

Whitney may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
