Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

+5I've never adopted online before, so this was all new. We're about 6 hours away from Brian & met us about 1/2 for the "adoption" Mollie, our puppy is clear eyed, healthy, wasn't/isn't afraid of things (so must have been socialized), raised in a clean environment & was a "part of the family" at Brian's before we met her. The process itself was easy to navigate. I'm just very impressed with Mollie's socialization, given she's now only 9 weeks (+/-) because it has made the first steps in training her such a smooth transition. I wholeheartedly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a breeder that is easy to deal with, very attentive to the puppy's preparation, and imbues love for the dogs as a baseline for giving them the best start possible.
