I'm Malia C., the breeder behind Brilliant Breeds located in Pleasanton, KS. Our dogs are bred with purpose and intention to only better and improve the breed. Each puppy is raised with love and discipline, around children and livestock, and compete in AKC conformation shows. Corgis are such silly, outgoing, lovable breeds!

Why did you start breeding?
My sister in law introduced me to corgis! She gave me my very first corgi and took me to my first dog show! I am so thankful to have her by my side throughout this wonderful journey.What makes your program special?
Our corgis are raised around small children and other animals teaching patience and gentleness. Above all, our dogs are cared for and treated with respect and love!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

About Rosie
Rosie is a female Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Malia decided to make her part of their program. Malia has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
