I'm Morgan H., the breeder behind Bristol’s Southern Spaniels located in Owensboro, KY. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and intelligence. We strive to produce the best overall pets and family members. Our dogs are our passion, and we can't imagine spending our lives without them.

Why did you start breeding?
My parents always raised Springer spaniels so I have been around them and owned them my entire life.What makes your program special?
I’m a certified pet grooming with a degree in veterinary technology as well. I have always been around animals my entire life and have done animal rescue as well so I have a large background with animal experience which helps me to ensure that our pups are raised to be amazing dogs with excellent temperaments. I also start their training and grooming as early as 3 weeks old.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and white and liver and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Morgan
Morgan has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This reflects: microchip, birth certificate, 30 days of health insurance, 4 lb bag of food, first set of vaccines & vetting appropriate for go home age, intro: grooming, potty training, crate train. We require an application prior to placing a deposit for our puppies. Our puppies will come with a buyer contract at pick up.”

Morgan may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Bristol
Bristol is a female English Springer Spaniel almost 8 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Morgan decided to make her part of their program. Morgan has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Phosphofructokinase Deficiency (PFK), PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 4 (PRA-crd4)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
