Meet the breeder

I'm Zane S., the breeder behind Bullseye Staffordshire Bull Terriers located in Tennessee. We have bred and owned correct, sound, healthy and top winning Staffords for 47 years. Many Best In Show & Specialty winners, wonderful pets for home and numerous performance titles. Our bloodlines are sought after world wide.

Q. & A. with Zane

  • Why did you start breeding?

I bred my first litter of Staffords in 1977
  • What makes your program special?

My knowledge of pedigrees, bloodlines and dogs that are in the pedigrees I have seen in person since the 1970's. Having judged the breed for so many years throughout the world gives me a unique perspective on the various breed types and how the Breed Standard applies to each dog. Sadly, the majority of SBT's being bred and exhibited in the U.S bear little resemblance or adherence to the Breed Standard.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include white and red, red and white, red, brindle and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
