What makes your program special?
We pride in keeping our program small. Our dogs are part of our family, you can find them outside playing in the yard with the kids, helping garden, and hanging around the property.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include sable, blue, and black and tan. American Corgi puppies include black and tan, black and white, sable and white, sable merle and white, and blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in a kennel on my property.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Prices vary based on sex/hair coat/genetic traits. $500 deposit when you secure your puppy, to go towards the price of the puppy.”

Kati may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Coat/Trait Panel, D Locus (Dilute) DNA test, von Willebrand Disease III (vWD III), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Kati is easy to communicate with. Her main goal was to find a loving home for Sugar, where she’d be happy, healthy, & loved. Its been a little over 2 weeks since Kati & I met so I could pick up Sugar. Sugar is a wonderfully adjusted, smart, sweet & loving dog. I couldn't be happier. We are so thankful for our Corgi named Bella! It was an absolute pleasure getting our baby Bella from Burns Corgis. Kati was so helpful in answering any of my questions that I had about the breed etc We took Bella for her first vet visit with our vet last week. Bella is a very healthy & happy dog! Working with Kati was a fantastic experience—she responded to my inquiry right away and was supportive and communicative throughout the entire process. It’s clear that she and her family raise their corgis with genuine love and care. We brought Margo (Emma) home just under two weeks ago, and she has already filled our home with so much joy. She’s exactly as described: incredibly sweet, easygoing, and true to her corgi roots—smart, a little stubborn, and full of personality. Margo (Emma) is also downright hilarious. She has a silly, playful side that keeps us laughing every day. On top of that, she’s absolutely stunning—truly a uniquely beautiful dog who turns heads wherever she goes. Everyone she meets falls in love with her instantly. We were bracing ourselves for the full force of puppy energy, but she’s been surprisingly mellow and well-adjusted. Our vet gave her a perfect bill of health, which only confirms the excellent care she received early on. We’re so grateful to Kati for giving our girl such a great start in life—she’s everything we hoped for and more!
