I'm Chris S., the breeder behind C&A IronHeart Bulldogs and Krymson Kandy Shihtzus located in Clarksville, IN. We enjoy showing our dogs, and they are our companions in every adventure. We are invested in these breeds and in helping them thrive. We do all that we can to give our puppies the best lives, including proper health care, thorough socialization, and finding them each wonderful, loving homes.

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Shih Tzu puppies include black, liver, blue, blue and white, liver and white, gold and white, and black and white. Bulldog puppies include fawn, white, red and white, brindle, and fawn and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Chris has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Chris partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Each puppy is thoughtfully prepared for their new home with age-appropriate vaccines & deworming, health records, a written health guarantee, curated starter pack, lifetime support & registration as applicable. Deposits are non refundable. There are certain circumstances that will allow for refunds and they are determined on a case by case basis.”

Our newest addition to the family. Meet Levi, a lovely blue boy with tan markings (dobie) he will also carry liver and gold. He is expected to be a small standard about 10pounds at maturity. Levi is being handled daily with the intentions of being a nice show prospect in 2023. So wish us luck! After that we will add him to our breeding program late next year so look for those beautiful litters at that time.

Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Tracheal Hypoplasia
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Cystinuria Type 3 (Variant 1 & 2), Bulldog Type Risk Factor, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1), Hyperuricosuria (HUU)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
