I'm Robyn H., the breeder behind Cahaba Doodles located in Trussville, AL. Our focus is to produce the best dogs of the highest quality so that other families can also enjoy the love of a dog. These dogs have proven to be wonderful companions in our lives. It is a privilege to be able to share that love and friendship with others through responsible breeding.
Q. & A. with Robyn
Why did you start breeding?
We’ve always loved animals, we have a daughter who struggles with severe asthma and allergies and had been looking for a truly hypoallergenic dog to add to our family.
We came across the Authentic Australian Labradoodle and immediately fell in love!
Our dogs have the sweetest most laid back temperaments and are so smart. They love to play ball, and swim, but most of all they love snuggling up and taking a good long nap 😴
What makes your program special?
We are a small in home program. All of our puppies are raised within our home and with daily socialization as well as noise desensitization. Starting on day 3 until day 16, we utilize Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS). ENS is designed to help puppies develop stronger immune systems, stronger heart rate and heart beat, stronger adrenal systems, and overall healthier puppy. Our main goal is to give our pups the best start we possibly can!!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include caramel, caramel red, apricot, chocolate, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
