Meet the breeder

I'm April W., the breeder behind Cajun Creek's located in Gulf Breeze, FL. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament with a focus on conformation, intelligence, and companionship . We are dedicated to providing families with wonderful healthy family members for life.

Q. & A. with April

  • Why did you start breeding?

I was given my first Pembroke corgi from a friend of mine who has been breeding them for well over 20 yrs. She is my mentor in my breeding program and has exceptional dogs both in the ring and in the home.
  • What makes your program special?

Our puppies start training in all areas from an early age. Most of our puppies are almost fully house broken by the time they leave for their new families and have also been kennel trained, leash trained, and introduced to grooming. Puppies are raised along side our 2 young daughters, our 2 cats and in our home where I also run my dog grooming salon.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, black and tan, and white and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
