Meet the breeder

I'm Cam K., the breeder behind Cam’s Doodlez located in California. Our approach is hands-on and intentional, focusing on health, temperament, socialization, structure, and preparing each puppy for a smooth transition into their new home. We believe the start they’re given matters, and we’re committed to giving each puppy the very best one.

Q. & A. with Cam

  • Why did you start breeding?

I was inspired by Nash, the pup who changed everything for me. He was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and after bringing him into my life, I realized he gave me something I didn’t even know I was missing. That experience became the foundation of this program. I wanted to create something intentional—where puppies are raised with care, purpose, and attention to both health and temperament.
  • What makes your program special?

Behind every Cam’s Doodlez puppy is a thoughtfully selected group of parent dogs that make this program what it is. Each one plays a role in shaping the temperament, structure, and personality we strive to produce. Our dogs are health tested, well-loved, and raised as part of our everyday lives. They are more than just part of a program—they’re the foundation of everything we do.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include mini and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include red, chocolate merle, brown, tri-color, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

I am really happy I chose a Puppy from Cam's Doodlez. Our puppy has the best personality so I got everything I wanted. She is smart, responsive to training, she took to crate training so fast, she isn't too fussy when bathing and grooming. Cam gave her all kinds of exposure and experiences so that her transition into our home was fairly comfortable for our puppy. Cam gave us a nice folder to keep all of her Veterinarian visits organized and photos of our puppy as a new born. I appreciate all the love and care Cam provided to our puppy before we got her at 8 weeks.
