Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding purely to train the puppies for a purpose and found I much enjoyed the breeding side over the training side. Losing the dogs after years of work, I wasn’t able to do itWhat makes your program special?
Our program is special mostly because our dogs still get treated like family pets. They go to the park everyday, they go swimming and hiking and go to the beach etc. they prove themselves in shows and sports, they’re all fully health tested. Overall I’d hope to say we surpass the expectations of what’s “basic” necessities.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Larry has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Larry partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

Price
“Price doesn’t usually vary but if there’s a puppy with an abnormality like an underbite etc. then we might discount the puppy if there’s an anticipated medical need. Well, if there’s not a puppy in the litter that fits your family’s needs.”

About Sadie
Sadie is a female Golden Retriever. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Larry decided to make her part of their program. Larry has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
