I'm Joyce S., the breeder behind Cape Cod Aussies / Cape Cod Poodles and Doodles located in Sandwich, MA. We love to responsibly raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. Our dogs are our passion, and we can't imagine spending our lives without them. We are dedicated to achieving excellence and healthy family pets, and we love to raise puppies and prepare them for their forever homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started breeding dogs in 1987 . I have always had an interest in whelping and raising puppies in a home environment. I think puppies raised in the home are imprinted at an early age with the sounds and distractions of family living makes them very social, friendly pets

  • What makes your program special?

    Puppies are kept in a clean environment, they are raised in the house not a kennel. imprinted at an early age with touch, sound, smells. I start all my puppies with grooming, baths, nails, trimming around eyes, sanitary etc. my puppies are taken for car rides and started with crate training.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Poodle puppies are standard size. Aussiedoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include black tri and red tri. Poodle puppies include black, blue, and cream. Aussiedoodle puppies include blue merle, red merle, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Joyce

Joyce partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Joyce from Cape Cod Aussies was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but she was so sweet and genuinely cared about her litter of puppies! Joyce had everything I needed including a week or more worth of puppy food and she even groomed our puppy Violet prior to us coming! I just wish I lived closer so I could continue to bring my girl to Joyce! All I can say is that it doesn’t get any better, and hopefully someday soon I’ll be looking to add another pup to the family from Cape Cod Aussies!
