I'm Tito D., the breeder behind Cape Cod Miniature Schanauzer located in Provincetown, MA. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! Our dogs have proven to be the greatest companions to our family. We started breeding to contribute to breed betterment and to share smart and loveable puppies with other families.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include liver, black and silver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tito

Tito has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Tito partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $100 refundable deposit and between $1,400 - $1,900 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The purchase price includes AKC registrations, the first found of vaccinations, kennel cough (Bordetella) vaccination, routine deworming, and flea & tick preventative. Deposit is required to hold your puppy. In addition to the deposit, transportation fees must be paid within 14 days of the scheduled flight.”

Contract & health guarantee

Tito may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
