Q. & A. with Michelle
Why did you start breeding?
We have raised livestock guardians before because we raised and have shown dairy goats. After we stopped raising goats and got a Corgi companion, it was instant LOVE. We knew we wanted to raise Corgis and share this amazing breed with others. And of course Corgis are like potato chips.. you can’t have just one !!!
What makes your program special?
Our dogs are our pets foremost, not kennel dogs. They have a purpose and are used for that daily. Our pups are raised for a purpose as well. They are played with and loved on daily, so they are very socialized. Pups are started on potty training at 3 weeks old and graduate up to a doggy door.. We also start them on basic obedience.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include fawn, red, sable, blue, white and red, and black and tan. American Corgi puppies include red and white, sable and white, sable merle and white, fawn, red merle and white, blue merle and white, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
