Why did you start breeding?
The fulfillment of seeing new puppies born, watching them grow, and helping shape them and train them in preparation for their new forever homes is the most rewarding experience ever! I really value the connections I form with my buyers and love to continue to watch my puppies grow up through their eyes.What makes your program special?
When breeding, I work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded puppies that can make other families and individuals just as happy as my dogs have made me! I am dedicated to achieving excellence and healthy family pets. I am always working to further my education so that I can continue to improve my breeding program, as well as share my knowledge with others!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include dark golden, golden, and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Kara has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Kara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

Kara was a great breeder to work with! She helped us find the puppy that would suit my boyfriend and I the best! As you know there are a lot of breeders closer to Florida, but the communication with Castle Country Companions (Kara) felt the best. She was very responsive to any and all questions. Very informative for new first time Good Dog owners. We actually have a second dog through Good Dog and they are just 4 days apart in age and they love each other. Thank you Kara and Team!!!
