I'm Jeanne S., the breeder behind Cavapoo Acres located in Lancaster, MO. I am a small, in-home breeding program where I prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that I can. I cherish all of my dogs and enjoy sharing the love of this breed with other individuals and families!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Something I have always wanted to do. Now I have the perfect place for it to happen. I have several friends that also breed and raise puppies/dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs are pets and my puppies are whelped in my home. I am with them from the moment mom starts labor until they are ready to leave my home for their new furever home! i love what I do and I am committed to producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Cavapoo puppies are miniature size. Bernedoodle puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Cavapoo puppies include red, blenheim, cream, and apricot. Bernedoodle puppies include black and white, tri-color, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jeanne

    Jeanne was wonderful to work with! She was very good at listening to what I was looking for and did her best to make sure the puppy I was looking for was a good fit. When I had questions she responded almost immediately and encouraged me to contact her anytime I had more questions or concerns. She let me come and visit Tully (aka Tweety) when she was 5 weeks old. I brought a shirt so Tully could start getting used to my scent. It was very clear that Jeanne's pups were well taken care of and loved by the whole family. Jeanne's son met me halfway to my home so I wouldn't have to drive so far to pick Tully up. She'd sent all of the paperwork and a gift bag with toys, treats, and everything we'd need to get Tully started. Her son explained all of the paperwork and answered our questions. Jeanne had already worked on crate training and housetraining. When we got home Tully went right to her crate and lay down on the blanket that Jeanne had sent. I only had to show Tully the bell to ring to go outside a few times and she had it down. I was expecting to have to do a lot of work on crate training and housetraining, but the work Jeanne had done with her made it a breeze. I highly recommend Jeanne and Cavapoo Acres!
