I'm Melody M., the breeder behind Celtic Corgis located in Mountain View, HI. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. We are dog lovers through and through! Our pups are such an important part of our lives, and we can’t imagine being without them. It’s an amazing experience as breeders to provide others with puppies that we know will bring them the same joy!

Why did you start breeding?
I used to raise “farm & ranch” dogs and AKC Chihuahuas for the house when my kids were little. As they got older they brought in a corgi. The best thing about this breed is that they can perform perfectly in both settings. They are a fabulous working mind with a heart of gold. They will stay by your side through thick and thin no matter where you are or what you are doing. One of ours is even a service dog after many many hours of training. We only keep AKC health tested Corgis here and perform Veterinary surgical inseminations. It takes all the guess work out of the breeding program. The only guessing game we play is; how many puppies will we have? It looks like a success this year because we have 20 spring Puppies!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Melody has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

“Our AKC registration, microchip, shot records and health guarantee leave with every puppy. We stand behind our breeding program for a lifetime. It doesn’t end when you leave. Deposits are non refundable unless there is a problem with the health of the dog prior to transfer to its new home: or at the initial vet exam within the first 72 hours of delivery.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
DNA Disease Panel, Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
