I'm Paige B., the breeder behind Central Texas Doodles located in Austin, TX. Exceptionally bred dogs who come prespoiled and well on their way to potty training.
Q. & A. with Paige
Why did you start breeding?
I’ve always had a passion for animals. I wanted to be a veterinarian but went to school for Agricultural Business where I learned about animal genetics, how to AI, and produce a successful business. I started out with Horses but soon found that dogs were easier for me to manage with kids at home to have them be involved in the process too. Many of life’s valuable lessons are taught here.
What makes your program special?
I breed strongly for personality traits. I want calm and smart demeanors in my dogs. I feel this makes the best family members for most out there. More breeders need to focus on this and we’d have fewer dogs going to shelters.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Bernedoodle puppies include mini and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include cream and red. Bernedoodle puppies are tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

And then there was ONE! 💞
Rare Red & White Mini Bernedoodle.
This sweet girl has been in our training program and is *Potty Trained* Anyone who has brought home puppies in the past can attest to what a gift this truly is!
This sweet girl is full of love and personality. She would do very well in an active home, service home, therapy home where she has a job. What that job may look like is up to you! Once she knows her job she will happily get to work for all the pets and kisses 💋 🐶
Need something extra, like desensitization for a Wheelchair or Walker in the home? We can do that! Past puppies have gone on to be certified #servicedogs and #therapydogs

Parent health testing
Breeder-Reported Testing
Good level
Central Texas Doodles reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Goldendoodles.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Animal Genetics Panel, Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), Chondrodystrophy and IVDD Risk (CDDY-IVDD), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Congenital Macrothrombocytopenia, DNA Coat/Trait Panel, Full Embark Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
