Our experience with this breeder was truly wonderful from beginning to end, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience bringing our new puppy home. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Travis was always responsive, patient with my questions, and kept me informed along the way. Early in the process, he even suggested that we do a video meet so I could see our puppy, interact with her, and get a better feel for everything before making a final decision. I really appreciated that openness and the opportunity to connect face-to-face, even from a distance. It immediately made the experience feel much more personal and gave me additional confidence in my decision. Since I was flying in to pick up our puppy, there were quite a few logistics involved, and he went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible for me. One thing I especially appreciated was that he allowed me to ship the airline-approved pet carrier and her new harness directly to his home ahead of time. He not only brought her to the airport in them, but was also able to introduce her to the carrier before our travel day. That gave her a chance to become familiar and comfortable with it instead of having her very first experience in a carrier be on an airplane. It may seem like a small thing, but as a new puppy owner preparing to fly home with her, it gave me so much peace of mind. He then met me right at the airport with her, which made the entire pickup process incredibly easy. She arrived happy, well cared for, and clearly accustomed to being handled and loved. You can tell these puppies have been raised with a lot of care and attention. Our girl was raised on a farm around children and everyday activity, and she has transitioned into our home beautifully. She is sweet, affectionate, curious, confident, and already settling into our family so well. There is always a little nervousness when you are choosing a puppy and breeder, especially when you are traveling to bring your puppy home. Looking back, I couldn’t be happier with our decision. The communication, transparency, flexibility, kindness, and extra effort he put into making sure both our puppy and I had a smooth experience meant so much to me. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful start he gave our girl and for making the experience of bringing her home such a special one. I would absolutely recommend Champion Farms Doodles to anyone looking for a breeder who genuinely cares about his puppies and the families they are going home to.
