Chapman Corgis was responsive every step of the way! Jade answered all of the questions I had in a timely fashion and even provided information I did not think to ask. She sent us videos of our puppy throughout the week. Our Max is one of the best puppies we have ever had in our home. He has been quick to train and has the best personality. He is cuddly and not too bossy. He had been well-socialized with people and animals. He does well with all of our animals and loves watching our chickens. We have one cat who chooses to not engage with any of the animals in our home (ignoring their presence), but she adores Max, even sleeping next to his kennel when he is kenneled overnight. Max loves exploring with his large friend Hank, our Golden Newfie. We highly recommend Chapman Corgis from our experience with them.

Jade was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. She answered all my questions, and since we chose to have him flown to us she helped us through that process. She informed us of the airports delay and helped me find the pickup location since I got confused. She sent pictures and videos of our sweet playful boy. She even checked up on us after we picked him up from the airport, and about a week later which goes to show how much she cares about these beautiful babies 🥰
