I'm Elsa T., the breeder behind Chary's Elite Frenchies located in San Antonio, TX. We are breeders starring a small program. We hope to help provide families with quality puppies as we continue to learn & grow! We work hard to breed exemplary dogs that are well taken care of from day one and are prepared to excel in loving and caring homes. We love our dogs and puppies and strive to place each pup in a home suited to their temperament and ability. All of our dams and sires are health tested.

    we started breeding 20 years ago with pugs and fell in love with the French bulldog breed.

  • What makes your program special?

    our #1 goal is to produce healthy and well temperament dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brindle, cream, fawn, white, fawn and white, white and black, black and white, tricolors, liver, blue fawn, brindle and white, blue, black, black and tan, and fawn brindle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Elsa

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $2,700 - $3,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I can honestly say that this was a much easier and more pleasant of an experience than I could have hoped. Elsa was very accommodating in every way. From answering any and all questions I had about Willow to even bringing him to Austin to me, as I am disabled and was unable to drive to get him. It is obvious that Elsa is an excellent breeder in that Winston is the epitome of excellent health. When I took him for his initial vet appointment to do my due diligence, my veterinarian stated that he was in perfect health and that he was an exceptional example of a French Bulldog.
