I'm Jeffrey D., the breeder behind Chimay Kennels located in Urbana, OH. All my dogs come from great linages, my first girl is the daughter of Little River Decoy Dancer. Confirmation show dog champions and grand champions are a must before breeding. I follow the NSDTR-USA club breeding guidelines including including testing for hip dysplasia, genetic testing, cardiac and eye exams always. Then evaluating sire and dam for any genetic conflicts. The pair must match to avoid any health issues for the pups. I am a small home breeder and only breed my girls one a year and only 3 litters in a lifetime.
If you are looking for a show potential, hunting dog or just a great family dog, I think you will be very pleased.
