Ana was amazing from the very start! She answered all my questions and always kept me updated on my puppy while I waited for her to come home. The process super easy, from the initial connection with Ana to arranging pick up at the airport and paying securely. I'm so glad I found Ana through Good Dog, and I couldn't be happier with my sweet Roux! She’s literally perfect and just what I hoped for 🥰
