I'm Kasha H., the breeder behind Chuck City Danes & Yorkies located in Charleston, WV. We are dedicated to raising healthy, happy, adorable Great Dane and yorkie puppies. We connect loving families with their new best friends! Great Danes and yorkies are our passion, and we can't imagine spending our lives without them.
Q. & A. with Kasha
Why did you start breeding?
Growing up as a animal lover I was always rescuing something. Dog, cat, squirrel, deer etc. After working as a veterinarian assistant I bought my first dane and it was love at first sight! I was head over heels for the breed. I spent 4 years studying and researching this amazing breed and finally in 2015 starting producing wonderful great dane babies! Soon after, I did my research on yorkshire terriers. With my first yorkie being above and beyond what I expected, wanted to provide healthy dogs to my family members and community.
What makes your program special?
Our goal is to produce healthy dogs with amazing temperaments while leaving a legacy of greatness in the breed. We are dedicated advocates for proper breeding techniques.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Yorkshire Terrier puppies include blue and gold and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
