Meet the breeder

I'm Katie T., the breeder behind Circle T Livestock & K9 Co. located in Red Bluff, CA. At Circle T Livestock & K9 Co. all puppies are raised in a busy family and farm environment, where they are exposed early to real-world sights, sounds, and surfaces. Our Corgis are bred with careful attention to health, structure, temperament, and genetic soundness. At Circle T we believe quality breeding begins long before puppies are born and well after they leave our care. Our commitment is not only to the dogs we produce, but to the families who trust us-providing support, transparency, and guidance every step of the way as our pups grow into confident companions.

Q. & A. with Katie

  • What makes your program special?

What makes Circle T Livestock & K9 Co. special is that Circle T was built from something pretty simple. A love for this lifestyle. Early mornings, ranch work, kids running around, and animals that are part of our everyday life. Over time, that love naturally grew into raising and breeding Corgis, and it's become such a meaningful part of what we do. Our dogs aren't raised in kennels or kept separate. They're right here with us. They're loved on by our kids, part of our routines, and raised in a way that sets them up to be confident, well-rounded, and ready for their future families. We care deeply about raising happy, healthy dogs with great temperaments. Not just because it matters to us, but because we know how much they'll mean to you. Whether you're here because you're looking for a puppy or just found our page, we're really glad you're here. We can't wait to share more of our life, our dogs, and everything in between.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

Our experience with Katie was exceptional from start to finish. She was responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping us ensure our new corgi puppy was a good fit for our family. She took the time to answer all of our questions in detail, including extensive discussions about health testing, genetics, orthopedic conditions, temperament, nutrition, and long-term care. Communication was consistent and professional, and we felt that the puppy’s health and well-being were clearly the breeder’s top priorities. The entire experience—from our initial conversations and through bringing our Corgi home—was smooth, reassuring, and enjoyable, and we would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a healthy, well-bred, and thoughtfully raised Corgi.

Working with Katie was amazing! Our little Oso is already the most amazing pup. He learned sit, come and stay within the first few weeks and he is loyal to the whole family. Katie was quick to respond, prepared with all the things we needed to bring Oso home and has consistently checked in since we picked him up. Her positive energy and love for her pups is evident in the way she runs her business. She and her darling family met us in town at the local Tractor Supply to make the trade. It was clear from the start that Oso had been socialized and loved and he was well on his way to being potty trained. Seriously, couldn’t be more pleased! 🥰Heather Smith and Fam
