I'm Sara C., the breeder behind Claiborne Golden located in Longview, TX. We're living life to the fullest with our Goldies that have champion bloodlines and have passed all health clearances! We are not a kennel, our Goldies live with us and are a part of our family because we want all of our dogs to have the best of all worlds. We strive to produce healthy puppies with a great temperament, we believe in early stimulation and early training to set up the puppy for success!
Q. & A. with Sara
Why did you start breeding?
We purchased Navy after my Golden passed away and fell in love with his temperament. Since then our love for this breed continues to grow and we want to give other families the chance to experience their amazing hearts and temperament. English Cream Goldens are so friendly, intelligent, and good-natured and we are lucky to have them in our lives and hopefully can provide you with that too.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs have to have an amazing golden temperament and pass all health clearances to enter our program. We test their hips, elbows, eyes, heart, and genetic DNA-test all of our dogs to ensure they produce healthy and high-quality puppies. In addition to great genetics, nutrition and environmental factors play a role in the health of our puppies. All of our dogs are chosen with your future puppy in mind!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
