I recently had the pleasure of working with Bert at CNY Shar Pets, and I can confidently say that the experience was seamless and incredibly positive. One of the standout moments was when Bert offered us a video chat, allowing us to meet our puppy, Kodiak, before making our final decision. Bert was amazing to work with!! He was responsive, pleasant, friendly, and clearly takes very good care of his puppies! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a puppy!! Our puppy, Sophie, is wonderful! She came fully potty trained, and has never had an accident in the house. She is extremely smart, and VERY independent when she wants to be! Total entertainment all the time!! :) She has become the best friend to our older dogs and she keeps them on their toes, for sure! We absolutely love her to death!!! I am thankful every day that I found Bert and was able to adopt Sophie from him!!
