Tara has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

"All of our puppies are priced by size, regardless of sex or markings. Deposits are non refundable, but can be transferred to a separate litter, in case the pick up date or puppy choice isn’t for you. Your application must first be approved by CCD before you send payment, and deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to another litter within roughly one year (minimum of 3 litters to choose)."
Tara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Tara offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Tara directly.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Tara.

Goldendoodle
About Turkey/“Teddy”
Turkey is an F1b mini golden doodle from Daisy’s final litter.

Goldendoodle
About Ruby
Ruby is a petite mini F1bb, with strong dark red lineage, who is the most adorable little dog! Ruby is DNA cleared by parentage, and we can provide both parental Embark panels for you. She will either be bred with Walker Texas Ranger, or with a second stud we keep with another breeder—with similar colorings, health, and qualities as Walker—but smaller—about 12 lbs. Ruby is only 10 lbs right now. If she gets up to 14 lbs by 1.5 years of age, she will be bred on her next occurring heat. We will know between November 2019 and May 2021.

Goldendoodle
About Darla
Darla is a mini F1b golden doodle with a wavy coat, and a great temperament! She is always ready to have fun, but loves a good snuggle. Darla has been DNA tested and is clear! Darla has had preliminary hip exams and has been scored GOOD. She will be considered a candidate for breeding if her heat takes place between 1.5 and 2 years of age—so, between November 2020 and May 2021. She will be paired with Walker Texas Ranger. Some of the pups will be (-/-) for curl, just like Walker Texas Ranger, if you like his look. NONE of these pups will be curly. All should be between 20-25 lbs.

Goldendoodle
About Walker
Walker is an 18-lb butterscotch/blonde multigen mini golden doodle. He has a blocker face and head, and has confirmation more like that of a golden retriever than a poodle, but is small enough as a lap dog. Walker is DNA tested clear, and has had his OFA preliminary evaluation for hips as GOOD. Walker is (-/-) for curl, (F/F) for furnishings, and does not carry any shedding genes. Walker can be bred with a poodle or a Goldendoodle, and the puppies will all either be wavy/loose curl, or straight/wavy. Even thought Walker doesn’t have a curl gene, he isn’t completely straight-haired, it just means that he does not have hair that is easily matted and tightly curled. Walker is “ee” for color, so he will only produce cream/apricot/red pups with other “ee” dogs (all of my dogs so far are “ee”.......so that’s what we plan on producing). Temperament-wise, Walker is a smaller version of a golden retriever!—he is all kind of goofy, but wants to do nothing more than curl up on you and snuggle. He loves to play, and does everything he can to protect you from stray leaves blowing in the wind! Lol

Goldendoodle
About Daisy
Daisy is our foundation Dam. She is a red F1 mini, and an anxiety therapy dog. Great temperament, but she has put 3 litters in for us.......and I think she has earned an early retirement. 😊❤️🐕🐾🥰

Poodle
About Coco
Coco is a female Poodle. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Tara decided to make her part of their program. Tara has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.
Good level
Coal Country Doodles reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Goldendoodles.
Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Full Embark Panel, DNA Coat/Trait Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
