I'm Jamika A., the breeder behind CocoLove Doodles located in Glendale, AZ. CocoLove Doodles specializes in rare phantom Goldendoodles & Bernedoodles raised in-home in Glendale, AZ. Founded by Jamika, MS Psychology. ENS from day 3, potty training week 3, commands week 5. We change what it means to bring a puppy home.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Breeding dogs has been part of my life since childhood. Born and raised in Michigan, I grew up surrounded by animals and spent much of my early years helping my family raise Pomeranians, Pomapoo (Pomeranian-Poodle) mixes, and Cocker Spaniels. Even as a child in elementary school, I was deeply involved in the care, socialization, and joy of welcoming new litters into the world.

  • What makes your program special?

    We start potty (pad) training at 2 1/2 weeks and basic training at 4 weeks. Temperament testing will be at 7 weeks. Each puppy gets individualized training and one on one attention. By the time our pups go home, they will know sit, wait, no, come, and down. They will be outside potty trained, introduced to the leash, and kennel trained. All fur-parents are health, genetic, and temperament tested.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies are mini size. Goldendoodle puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies include red, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, chocolate, black, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Jamika

Jamika has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Jamika partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $600 refundable deposit and between $2,900 - $3,900 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Pricing is dependent upon breed, size, and color. The deposit is ONLY refundable in the event of complications during pregnancy or pregnancy not confirmed, that would result in the breeder not being able to produce puppies.”

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Standard Veterinary Blood Panel

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Full Embark Panel, PRA, Golden Retriever 2, PRA, Golden Retriever 1, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Disease Panel, Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing I think Jamika and her CocoLove Doodles are!! We have a unique story-we found CocoLove Doodles while waiting for a flight in the Phoenix airport. We were on the Good Dog app and came across this amazing collection of golden doodles all belonging to the breeder, CocoLove Doodles. Although we fell in love with the whole litter, some were already spoken for and some that were not. We absolutely locked eyes on who was “Caramel”. He was an absolute cutie-curly and apricot/golden in color-like a teddy bear (actually maybe a replica of my son’s stuffie from when he was a toddler!) We were smitten, the puppy was available but was I crazy. We live in Missouri and were just passing through! Well, needless to say something in me just couldn’t let this pass without reaching out to Jamika and seeing if I truly was crazy or this was meant to be! Well, let me just say-Jamika didn’t think I was crazy. Lol! She was kind, courteous, responsive, efficient, informative and beyond helpful. She listened to my story, told me hers, vetted me and my family and made me feel comfortable through the whole process! She went above and beyond, but her love for her pups and her professionalism are the real deal! So, on our way back thru Phoenix-we met Jamika and our new puppy!! It was love at first sight and we brought “Caramel” back home with us!! We changed his name after some family discussions and we couldn’t be happier with our newest family member!! Introducing….Cosmo!!! We love him, he is the best puppy and so smart! Jamika has her puppies learning from the start. We were able to jump right in to “sit” and potty training! Cosmo has been great.     Jamika is an excellent breeder. She's clearly highly knowledgeable, motivated by love and care for her breeding dogs and litters, and driven to go the extra mile.
