I'm Bernadette S., the breeder behind Colorful-K9'S located in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our pups are bred for health and temperament. We are dedicated to providing our families with wonderful, healthy, happy family pets.

  • What makes your program special?

    To ensure we provide you with a healthy puppy we do either Embark, PawPrint Genetics or GenSol testing on all of our Moms & Dads.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Bernedoodle puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Cavapoo puppies include merle, black and tan, and tri-color. Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies include blenheim, ruby, tri-color, black and tan, and chocolate. Bernedoodle puppies include brown and white, chocolate merle, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Bernadette

Bernadette has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes a complete physical from our Vet, age appropriate vaccines, multiple dewormings starting at 2 weeks, written health guarantee, and a puppy gift bag which includes a sample of food puppy is eating, treats, toys and a blanket. Deposits are non refundable unless the puppy does not pass their health check but it is transferrable up to 1 yr."

Bernadette may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Medium-Chain Acyl-CoA Dehydrogenase (MCAD) Deficiency, Episodic Falling Syndrome (EFS), Dry Eye Curly Coat Syndrome (CKSID), DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
