I'm Cheryle S., the breeder behind Copper View Farm German Shepherds and Labrador Retreivers located in Black Creek, WI. We are experienced breeders. We’re careful to breed and raise our pups with only the best family disposition. The quality of our dogs reflects the conscious decisions we make throughout every part of the breeding process. Puppy will come with wormed every 2 weeks, 3 vet exams, and 2 vaccine wk 6-8.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,350 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes a 26 month health guarantee for genetic defects, vet exams at 7-14 days, 6 weeks, and 8 weeks. Puppies are fed high quality dog food for large breed to ensure steady growth. Puppies are wormed every 2 weeks, 2 sets of vaccinations at 6 and 8 weeks. Puppies are socialized by my 6 grandchildren who play with them endlessly. Puppies are also exposed to chickens, ducks, horses and cats. Puppies will come with AKC registration and microchipped implanted at 8 weeks of age. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of age or color. They are registered through AKC micro chipped.”

It’s actually a very tragic reason she was going to be in a home with one of our other puppies and unfortunately, one of her new owners had a massive heart attack and passed away. We are now looking to place this special girl in a loving home.

Litter update on 06 Aug. •…Puppy packs are ready and last get appointment for puppies today. Won’t be long and everyone gets to go home. Appointment at 10 and double booked for enough time to do microchips and vaccines. Pick up any time after 1 pm so we can give them a bath one more time.

Stay tuned for 6/10 **** Thor Thor is a 70-pound red Labrador. He is an intense hunter with an instant switch that allows him to transition to playtime with his kid, Eddie. Thor loves our family unconditionally; no matter where you are in the house or fields, if you look for Eddie, Thor is right there, waiting. Thor earned his AKC Senior Hunter Title in 2024 and has achieved many placements in upland bird dog tournaments alongside my son as a youth competitor. When Thor and Eddie line up for a competition, everyone notices their incredible partnership—they're not just working for the job; they're driven by a shared love for the sport. Thor is truly my son's "go-to" in the field. At home, you barely notice Thor because of his loving, quiet demeanor and his desire to please. Big ol teddy bear wrapped in an intimidating color and huge. Keto loves to play ball, his family and all of the other dogs in the yard. Never looks for aggression and easily one of the easiest going personalities anywhere. Great bone and still plays fetch all day at age 9.

Kandle! Owned and Loved by: Cheryle Schultz Went 4 for 4 in Junior Hunt Test. Then the 2nd weekend Mik Handled by Haylee Dallman (10 years old) The first weekend was a double in one day. She rocked so many comments of obedience...Well mannered for haylee! The encourangement by all for Haylee was so heart warming. Then Sunday Haylee did awesome and Kandle was great. They both looked like been doing it forever. So humble and thankful for the team they make. As we all know how hard it is to get a dog to the line. We are so thankful and thankful for the guidance we have gotten. We are over the moon with the genetics we are making to be an all around lab. They say we just want a family dog not a hunting dog. Kandle is prime example of a sweet, happy, trainable, and eager to please dog.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Cheryle with Copper View Farm must have a great program because I just stumbled on to them and feel lucky that I did. Bodie is very smart, healthy and a ton of personality. He has settled right in and taken to obedience training from day one. I Would definitely recommend getting dogs from them and will be doing that in the future.

Cheryle was very responsive and easy to work with when I was looking to get a second dog as a friend for my black lab. She sent many pictures and helped pair potential new dog parents to their puppies matching to the new behaviors they displayed. I was able to pick up my new puppy with ease and even got a free bag of dog food and a stuffed lamb that smelled like his mommy. Since then I have named my buddy Fritz and graduated from dog school with our Canine Good Citizen certification. One out of several other dogs that did not qualify and it was our first try at the test! German Shepherd dogs require training and an outlet for energy so something to consider before getting into the breed. They are also very smart and make great watch dogs. I had a great experience with Copper View Farm German Shepherds and would recommend them to anyone interested in a smart healthy puppy.

+7I am so thankful that I adopted through Cheryle and Copper View Farm! I love my little Yuki! Cheryle did a fantastic job in matching me with my best friend. I had family GSDs growing up, and wanted one to keep me company when moving out on my own. Cheryle was a supportive and thoughtful communicator throughout the adoption process. Yuki is about 6 months old and I can't imaging my home without her. She is a super sweet dog and loves cuddles. She has definitely helped get me through tough times. This dog is amazing! She is so beautiful, intelligent and goofy (hehe). I can't wait to make more memories with her!
