I'm Ann H., the breeder behind Coralace Goldens located in Texas. My primary goal is to enjoy my dogs as companions and competition dogs. Breeding only to produce very biddable, enjoyable dogs that meet the breed standard with a long, full life. Biddability(easy to train) whether for competition(agility, obedience, hunting, rally, therapy) or your family member.
Q. & A. with Ann
Why did you start breeding?
I enjoy all aspects of dog ownership. Breeding is a bonus, not a goal. I want to try to produce equal or better so others can have the joy of a great companion too.
What makes your program special?
I rarely breed, so I can be very picky. I spend several years looking for dogs that cross well with mine & provide a strength that mine might be weaker. I love puppy raising, socializing, and introducing obstacles, etc to help the puppies be more confident. I start housebreaking, obedience, retrieving & crate training. All puppies go home with a clicker & instructions on the first training ideas.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
