Reggie and Peanut's litter

Week 3 is when puppies start turning from sleepy newborns into little personalities—it’s one of the cutest (and most important) stages of a puppies life. Their eyes are now open, but vision is blurry. They’re just starting to recognize shapes, movement, and light and you will notice them trying to focus on their surroundings. This is when they start walking—more like a wobble than real steps. They will stumble, fall over, and try again. It’s adorable. Their ears are opening, so they begin reacting to sounds. Loud noises might startle them, and they may turn toward voices. Play begins! It’s short and clumsy—little pawing, mouthing, and interacting with littermates. This is the beginning of social behavior. We call it midget wrestling. 🤣 Tiny teeth may start coming in, which leads to gentle nibbling on siblings and anything else nearby. Instead of sleeping almost 24/7, they’re awake more often—exploring, stretching, and interacting. They’re still nursing and rely heavily on their mom for warmth, cleaning, and comfort. This is when you start seeing differences in personalities—one pup may be curious, another more laid-back, another extra cuddly. All in all it’s been a busy week and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 🐾🩷🐩

Sheryle was exceptional to work with from start to finish. She was prompt and forthcoming answering my many questions. I was purchasing a dog for our breeding program and I wanted something very specific. She was so helpful all along the way. Knox arrived smelling delicious and exactly what she said he was. He has now been in our home for a couple of months and is the perfect addition to our family. We are thankful for Sheryle and her program and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new addition.

Sheryl was easy to work with and kept me updated with weekly reports and photos. The Good Dog site made buying my puppy easy and safe. I didn't need to be worried about "bait and switch" schemes. I have always adopted from shelters before, but this time I chose the breed that works best for my family. I would strongly recommend Sheryl.

Sheryle is great! She is very knowledgeable about the breed and has made our experience a very pleasant one. Our puppy is adorable and has been well behaved since she came into our home. She has adapted with ease, learned her new name and goes potty outside. Sheryle had already crate trained her so there are no issues when it's nap time or bedtime for the evening. I would definitely recommend Sheryle to anyone looking for add a new fur baby to their family!
