I'm Stephanie G., the breeder behind Covered Bridge Corgis located in North Manchester, IN. Our AKC registered dogs are bred for health, intelligence, temperament. We want to be responsible breeders that better the breed the best we can. We want to provide the best dogs we can, so people are very happy with their pets. We want the real corgi.

We wanted a small dog that was not intimidating to our childrenWhat makes your program special?
We test our adult dogs for DM, EIC and VWD1. We have sheep and we like having our dogs in the barn with us. We are just having fun having a couple litters a yearWhat are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

We recommend the deposit, Paid through Good Dog, as soon as you have decided on the puppy you want for sure. Then the puppy is reserved for you.”

Stephanie was very helpful with starting the new puppy that is a replacement for a recently lost adult Pembroke Welch Corgi female dog. I got a very helpful list of veterinary services that the dog called Indy had received and with papers related to the microchip implanted as well as the birth date. I have renamed the dog Goldie and she is doing very well after having had an initial visit with my veterinarian and with another upcoming for further vaccinations. The puppy is having typical training issues, but is very healthy and gaining weight after only a little over 2 weeks. Happy with this purchase and the puppy that I now have to raise and serve as a companion.

+7When we started to look to fill the Corgi shaped void in our lives, we came across Miley (now Roxi) and Stephanie at Covered Bridge Corgis. She was very responsive to our messages, questions and concerns. She answered every question and gave us all and any information we needed. After we took the 3 hour drive from the northwest suburbs of Chicago...we were greeted with a small herd of Corgis the my son Anthony said was "corgi heaven"! we met Stephanie and her family and you could tell they really cared for their dogs! Roxi is a new center piece of the family and neighborhood! We have had visitors for the past 2 weeks just to see her! I would HIGHLY recommend Covered Bridge Corgis if you are looking for healthy and well cared for Corgis!

+4It went wonderfully with Stephanie from Covered Bridge Corgis! Earlier this month, we had the privilege of welcoming a two-month-old tri-color Corgi into our home, and honestly, we’ve been in love with him ever since. From the moment we discovered Covered Bridge Corgis, we could tell how much they truly cared about their dogs. Stephanie (and Jared) were both communicative and patient, answering our many questions and ensuring we felt confident and prepared to bring our new pup home. Our little guy [Benito] is incredibly smart—he picked up on potty training faster than we expected and already knows some basic commands [like "sit"]! He's also full of energy and loves snuggling up with us. Beyond his intelligence and playful nature, he’s a furry ball of love. He’s already become an important part of our family, and we couldn’t be happier. Stephanie of “Covered Bridge Corgis” was the best breeder out of so many other available PWC breeders❣️I had very specific needs & goals in finding my 3rd Corgi as I had just lost my #2 to cancer 😰! Stephanie was straight forward and to the point (I love that) in answering all of my questions/concerns. She sent me updated pics every week too❣️ Stephanie also invited me to her home to pick up my puppy “Greta”, which was a 3- hour drive both ways, but that offer impressed me and made me trust her all the more❣️It’s been 2.5 weeks since then and I could not be happier with my new fur baby!
