I'm Stephanie G., the breeder behind Covered Bridge Corgis located in North Manchester, IN. Our AKC registered dogs are bred for health, intelligence, temperament. We want to be responsible breeders that better the breed the best we can. We want to provide the best dogs we can, so people are very happy with their pets. We want the real corgi.

Why did you start breeding?
We wanted a small dog that was not intimidating to our childrenWhat makes your program special?
We test our adult dogs for DM, EIC and VWD1. We have sheep and we like having our dogs in the barn with us. We are just having fun having a couple litters a yearWhat are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Stephanie of “Covered Bridge Corgis” was the best breeder out of so many other available PWC breeders❣️I had very specific needs & goals in finding my 3rd Corgi as I had just lost my #2 to cancer 😰! Stephanie was straight forward and to the point (I love that) in answering all of my questions/concerns. I had an excellent experience working with our breeder, Stephanie. Choosing the right puppy for my family was a difficult decision, especially since we live in a different state. However, Stephanie was incredibly patient and extremely helpful, keeping me updated on the puppies’ growth and development throughout the process. She even guided me in selecting the puppy that best fit the criteria I provided. When texting became too much, we switched to phone calls, and she was always kind and thorough in answering all my questions. Stephanie also assisted with the transportation of our puppy, who arrived safe and sound exactly as promised. I would happily give her a 5-star rating for outstanding customer service.

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of welcoming a two-month-old tri-color Corgi into our home, and honestly, we’ve been in love with him ever since. Stephanie (and Jared) were both communicative and patient, answering our many questions and ensuring we felt confident and prepared to bring our new pup home. Our little guy [Benito] is incredibly smart—he picked up on potty training faster than we expected and already knows some basic commands [like "sit"]! +4Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She kept me very informed on how my puppy was doing and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. My puppy is in excellent health and was freshly bathed when I picked her up. The farm/pick up area was very clean and dogs well taken care off. Stephanie sent us home with a starter bag of food and all of Luna’s (formerly Cocoa) medical paperwork. An absolutely perfect adoption process!!! Stephanie was perfect to work with during the weeks leading up to adoption day. She provided us with a progress note with pictures every week and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. When we arrived at her farm home, it was most obvious to us that she has a wonderful environment for breeding Corgi puppies. We were met at the door with her little daughter holding our puppy Merri, Stephanie went over all of the details of what to do and what not to do plus the vet report, shot records, some of the dog food Merri was accustomed to eating, heart worm medication and a lovely "starter" bag with some great information. The whole process from beginning to end was well above our expectations and we are sincerely thankful to have found Stephanie's Covered Bridge Corgis. At our vet today, Merri was given an A+ at her physical exam, and we are enjoying our new addition to our family. Thank you very much Stephanie for all the hard work and love you invested in Merri.
