I'm Diane E., the breeder behind Crabtree Doodles located in Raleigh, NC. We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving our pet dog and her puppies the best care possible. Our female dog Meg has one litter a year, born and raised in our home and treated like family. They travel with us, we invite neighborhood friends to come play with the pups, and we socialize them by taking them on regular outings. They get lots of attention and love.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our journey began with Meg, our mini poodle. She was so cute and sweet that we decided to let her have a litter. Her puppies were just as adorable as she was AND she was such a fabulous mama that we decided to continue the process! We have bred mini poodles, mini golden doodles, mini Australian labradoodles, and now mini bernedoodles.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our breeding is special for several reasons. We breed only 1 litter at a time so each puppy gets our individual love and attention. Our puppies have never had worms or any other parasite. Our puppies are kept in a pen in our living room so they are right in the middle of everything that goes on in our lives. They are held, hugged, loved many times a day. Their pen is kept comfortable and clean. Our pups are in excellent health. They are socialized in every way.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brown and white, brown, black, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and $2,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.
