I'm Vickie H., the breeder behind Crazy 'Bout Schnauzers located in Aurora, MO. We are a small breeder located in SW Missouri. All of our breeding dogs are our babies. We have a few litters a year just to keep us busy in our retirement. These babies are vet checked before being delivered to their new families.
Q. & A. with Vickie
Why did you start breeding?
We had a friend that got us started and I had a mini schnauzer for 11 1/2 yrs. Being diabetic and widowed, Maxx slept with me and would jump on my chest until I woke when my sugar dropped. He was my lifesaver many times and in many ways. I lost him in '21 and it shattered my heart. So I set out to breed the best most sensitive babies possible!
What makes your program special?
We are very small and have time to do things right! We are very close to our vet and don't hesitate to reach out to him if necessary. We provide shot records and any vet checks that our pups get. We are HONEST and we FaceTime with our potential clients.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include wheaten, parti, liver, salt and pepper, black and silver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
