Working with Karen was a joy: she was very responsive, her process was simple, and her regular updates meant I felt engaged in my puppy’s development. Duncan was well socialized and came to me brimming with energy and self confidence, affectionate and responsive. He’s a great addition to my family. I also appreciated that she was able to arrange Duncan’s delivery to my house - that really simplified my life.

Karen was great. Sent photos and video of Digger at different stages. Shared his food information. Bathed him and separated him from litter mates to help his transition on pick up day. Thoroughly helpful. Digger is wonderful.
