Meet the breeder

I'm Cynthia W., the breeder behind Crimson Golden Retrievers located in Winnsboro, TX. Our breeding journey began with a singular purpose: to ensure the Golden Retriever breed is upheld to the highest standard. We are dedicated to preserving the exceptional qualities that make this breed so beloved, focusing on health, intelligence, and their naturally affectionate temperament.

Q. & A. with Cynthia

  • Why did you start breeding?

My journey into breeding Golden Retrievers began with a deep love for the breed and everything they represent loyalty, intelligence, and an unwavering desire to be by your side. What started as a passion quickly grew into a commitment to preserving the qualities that make Golden Retrievers such incredible family companions and working dogs.
  • What makes your program special?

My puppies are raised in my home, they are socialized and handled daily. I Implement Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI) protocols, carefully nurturing each puppy's development from their very first days. They parents are DNA and OFA tested.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are dark golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
